1. Digital Product Delivery
- All purchases of MyBizns digital business cards are delivered electronically.
- Once the payment is confirmed, users will receive access to their digital business card within 3 working days via email or through their registered account.
- If access is not received within the specified timeframe, please contact our support team at mybizns@3x.marketing.
2. Physical Product Delivery (NFC Cards)
- If MyBizns offers any physical products, details regarding shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Orders will be processed within 5 working days and shipped to the address provided during checkout.
- Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Tracking
- If applicable, users will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been processed and shipped.
- Customers can track their shipment through the link provided in the email.
4. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details provided by the user, additional shipping costs may be applicable for re-delivery.
- No refunds will be issued for undeliverable packages due to incorrect information provided by the user.
